Problems receiving emails from us? Your email program may be treating the Free Sample email as SPAM or junk mail.

Try changing your email settings, or you can try the following:

Yahoo! Mail:
1. Open your Yahoo mailbox.
2. Click Mail Options.
3. Click Filters.
4. Click Add Filter.
5. In the top row (labeled From header:), make sure "Contains" is selected in the pull-down menu.
6. Click in the text box next to that pull-down menu, then enter the address FreeSample@HomeInspectionReportKit.com
7. At the bottom, where it says "Move the message to:", select Inbox from the pull-down menu.
8. Click the Add Filter button again.

AOL:
For AOL 9.0, add @HomeInspectionReportKit.com to the "People I Know List".
For AOL 7.0, in the section for "Exclusion and Inclusion Parameters", include this domain: @HomeInspectionReportKit.com

Hotmail:
Add our "From" address to your Safe List. Here's how:
1. Log on and click the Mail tab to get into your mailbox.
2. Click Options (it's over at the top right, next to Help).
3. Click Junk e-Mail Protection.
4. Select Safe List.
5. In the space provided, enter FreeSample@HomeInspectionReportKit.com
6. Click Add.
7. When you see the address you entered in the Safe List box, click OK.
Alternatively, you can add the address FreeSample@HomeInspectionReportKit.com to your Contacts list.

Earthlink:
1. Click on Address Book (it's over on the left, below your Folders).
2. When your Address Book opens, click the Add button.
3. On the Add Contact screen, find the Internet Information box.
4. Enter the address FreeSample@HomeInspectionReportKit.com
5. Click Save.

MSN:
If you're using MSN version 9 for your e-mail, you can make sure your confirmation email is delivered to your Inbox by adding our sending address to your Safe List. Here's how:
1. Click on Settings: E-mail | Junk e-mail (it's at the bottom left of the screen, just above Calendar).
2. On the E-mail settings screen, click Junk E-Mail Guard.
3. Select Safe List.
4. In the space provided under "Add people to the safe list", enter FreeSample@HomeInspectionReportKit.com
5. Click Add.

For older versions of MSN , you add our sending address to your Safe List like this:
1. Click on E-mail settings (it's at the bottom left of the screen, just above Calendar).
2. On the E-mail settings screen, click Junk Mail.
3. Select Safe List.
4. Click Add an item to this list.
5. When the Add To Safe List box appears, enter the address FreeSample@HomeInspectionReportKit.com into the space provided.
6. Click Add.

Verizon:
1. On the left hand side of the screen go to E-Mail & More.
2. Go to Check My E-Mail.
3. Under Check My E-Mail click on Options.
4. Under Options, click on Block Senders.
5. A Block Senders screen appears.
7. There is a Block Sender List and a Safe List.
8. Add FreeSample@HomeInspectionReportKit.com to the Safe List.

Outlook 2003:
You can add either the sender's e-mail address or their domain name to the Safe Senders List.
1. On the Tools menu, click Options.
2. On the Preferences tab, under E-mail, click Junk E-mail.
3. Click the Safe Senders or Safe Recipients tab.
4. Click Add.
5. In the Internet domain name to be added to the list box, enter HomeInspectionReportKit.com , then click OK.

Other Providers:
If one of your e-mails is being filtered, try adding our domain HomeInspectionReportKit.com or our message From or Reply-to address to your address book or contact list. If this option is not available, try moving the message to your inbox or forwarding the message to yourself.
